When you submit a listing, we collect the company information you enter, name, website, description, locations, hiring policy, application instructions, and your details as submitter: name, email, and role. Nothing else is required to be listed.

We email you only about your listing: that we received it, the review outcome, publication with your badge kit, the annual re-verification prompt, and reports on your listing. We send no marketing.

The site uses Plausible. It does not build personal profiles and does not use cookies for tracking.

When a badge is displayed, we log the page it appears on and a hashed IP address. That confirms the badge is live and where. Nothing else is recorded.

A record shows a hiring contact only if the employer chose to make that contact public. Private contacts are not published.

To have your listing or your submitter information deleted, write to us through the contact page. We delete on request.
