The badge tells everyone who visits your careers page that you're in the register, and links to your record. It's a plain linked image: no JavaScript, so it passes every IT department. Put it on your careers page or anywhere you talk about hiring.

Badges are per-record: each one carries the employer's record number and links back to their record page. Enter your record number from your listing email.

Why the badge works this way
The image is served by us, so we know the badge is live and where it appears, that's part of how listings stay verified. If a listing is ever unpublished, the badge stops claiming it, immediately, everywhere it's embedded. Nothing to update on your side.
