Wyoming has no state law limiting when a private employer can ask about your record.
Private employers There is no statewide ban the box for private or public hiring and no Wyoming city ordinance reaching private employers. Wyoming does let you answer no about an arrest or charge that did not end in conviction once it is expunged. It does not give you that right for an expunged conviction, so a conviction expungement in Wyoming changes the record without giving you a statute to stand on when you are asked.
